When most Christian business communities talk about Christianity and leadership, they mean: how do you lead a company in a way that reflects your faith? FDE has excellent content on this.
The Reformed business owner is asking a different, deeper question: What does God's sovereign rule over all things demand of me as someone He has placed in a position of economic stewardship?
Since 1620, the Puritans built nations — not just businesses. Their postmillennial conviction drove them to see every sphere of life, including commerce, as territory to be claimed for Christ. Self-governance, diligent labor, and economic stewardship were not programs for kingdom impact. They were the kingdom advancing.
Reformed Business Alliance carries that conviction forward. We don't ask "how do we bring faith into business?" We ask "how do we build faithfully in the business we've been covenantally assigned?"

Questions from Faith Driven Entrepreneur Members Considering RBA
Yes. FDE and RBA serve different purposes. If you find value in FDE's broad evangelical content, podcasts, and conferences, those aren't in conflict with RBA. Most members find, however, that once they're embedded in a community built on shared confessional conviction, they naturally invest more deeply there.
RBA's primary model is community and coalition — the private platform, directory, and regional Coalition structure. We are building content resources, but we are not a media organization. We are a covenant community. FDE is better resourced for content breadth. RBA is better suited for relational depth among the confessionally Reformed.
Confessional means holding to the historic Reformed faith as expressed in the Westminster Standards, Three Forms of Unity, or similar confessions — affirming the sovereignty of God in all of life, covenantal theology, and the Dominion Mandate as a call to faithfulness in business and culture. RBA's membership requirement is theological, not institutional. If you hold Reformed and confessional convictions — even while worshipping in a congregation that is broadly evangelical — you may be a fit. The question is whether your convictions align, not whether your church is formally Reformed.
