The Earth Is the Lord's.Build Like It.

Reformed Business Alliance was built for the business owner who already knows that the earth is the Lord's — every acre of it, every enterprise, every covenant — and who is done pretending that commerce is a secular sphere where faith gets invited in on good behavior.

We exist for the Reformed entrepreneur who understands that their business is not a platform for ministry. It is ministry.

The Question Everyone Else Is Asking

"How do you bring your faith into your business?"

The mainstream Christian business world operates on what might be called the integration model: take your business, take your faith, and find ways to bring them together. Pray before meetings. Disciple your employees. Give generously. Be a witness in your industry.

This is good. We have no quarrel with it. But it stops short. Considerably short.

"How do you build your business under Christ's sovereign claim on the earth?"

The Reformed tradition — shaped by Calvin, the Puritans, the Westminster divines — goes further. The Dominion Mandate, given to Adam in Genesis 1 and renewed in the Great Commission, calls God's people to exercise covenantal dominion over every sphere of life.

This distinction changes everything about how you build, hire, covenant, and steward.

Integration treats your company as a context for witness.

Dominion treats your company as a covenant assignment.

Integration is a supplement. Dominion is a foundation.

We Are Built for One Kind of Owner.

Reformed Business Alliance has one membership requirement: you must be Reformed and confessional. Not a revenue tier. Not a company size. A theological conviction.

RBA Is For You If

  • You are Reformed and confessional, and your theology shapes your business — not the other way around
  • You are done with generic Christian networking that stops short of the Dominion Mandate
  • You want to build alongside others who share your convictions about covenant, commerce, and Christendom
  • You believe multi-generational, kingdom-first enterprise is not just possible but required of you
  • You want a community that asks how it can serve you — not what you can contribute

RBA Is Not For You If

  • You're looking for a broadly evangelical peer group where theological agreement is optional
  • You want business coaching wrapped in devotional content
  • Your faith is a factor you integrate into your work, rather than the foundation everything is built on

What Sets Us Apart

Five Things You Won't Find Anywhere Else

01

Confessional Membership Requirement

Every RBA member holds the same Reformed, confessional convictions. No theological hedging. No lowest-common-denominator Christianity. The doctrinal foundation is settled before the first conversation.

02

Coalitions, Not Peer Groups

RBA doesn't run peer advisory groups. We build Coalitions — structured, regionally organized, doctrinally rooted groups coordinating for collective kingdom advance. Not a monthly meeting. A covenant structure.

03

Public Confessional Business Directory

RBA members are listed in a public directory of confessional Christian businesses — available to customers and partners actively seeking to support businesses built on Reformed convictions.

04

Service-First Culture

We will never ask what you can do for us. Our first question is: how can we serve you? This flows directly from our theology. The body of Christ in the marketplace exists for mutual service, not mutual extraction.

05

Nationwide Partnerships

Strong relationships with like-minded organizations, ministries, and leaders across the country mean you are never building alone. Wherever you operate, the Alliance reaches.

Your Inheritance

They Built Civilization.
You're Building Its Continuation.

Since 1620, the Puritans built nations — not just businesses. Their postmillennial conviction drove them to see every sphere of life as territory to be claimed for God's glory. Hard work was worship. Economic growth was kingdom advance. Self-governance under God's law shaped civilizations that reflected His righteousness in the public square.

That vision didn't end in the 17th century. It is your inheritance. You are not trying to survive in a secular economy. You are exercising dominion within it. You are not bringing Christ into the marketplace. You are reclaiming the marketplace for Him.

The earth is the Lord's. Every enterprise on it is either being built for His glory or for something else. We are building for His.

400+ Years

Of Puritan Dominion tradition driving commerce and culture

Every Sphere

Commerce, culture, and civil life — all under His sovereign claim

One Commission

Renewed in the Great Commission. Still in effect.

Practical Tools

The Alliance Has Real Tools. Not Just Theology.

Conviction without community is isolation. Community without infrastructure is sentiment. RBA provides both.

Private Social Platform

Connect, post, DM, collaborate, and build relationships with Reformed business owners across the country. The Alliance Feed is your space to find like-minded owners and do real business.

Public Business Directory

Your listing puts your confessional Christian business in front of customers and partners actively looking to buy from and partner with businesses that share their Reformed faith.

Regional Coalitions

Join or form a Coalition — a structured group of Reformed business owners in your region or industry, coordinated for deep collaboration and collective kingdom advance.

Coalition Leader Access

Qualified members can found and lead their own Coalitions — recruiting members, setting vision, and building a structure that outlasts any single member's tenure.

Shared Theological Foundation

Every conversation and partnership inside RBA happens among people who share your Reformed convictions. The Dominion Mandate is not a concept you introduce — it's the assumed foundation.

Nationwide Partnerships

Relationships with like-minded organizations, ministries, and leaders across the country extend the reach and support of the Alliance beyond your immediate Coalition.

The Landscape

The Other Networks Are Good.
None of Them Are Built on This.

C12, Convene, Business Makers Network, Faith Driven Entrepreneur, CBMC — these are legitimate organizations doing real work. Their track records are real. Many of our members came from these communities. But none of them are built on covenantal theology and the Dominion Mandate as their explicit foundation. We are the only network built specifically for the Reformed business owner who takes the Dominion Mandate seriously.

The Dominion Mandate Is Not a Metaphor. Neither Is This Alliance.

The earth is the Lord's. Your business is His. Your industry is His. He has commissioned His people to build faithfully, to exercise dominion covenantally, and to do it in community with others who share that calling.

We don't ask what you can do for us. We ask how we can serve you.
